We all deal with stress on a day to day basis but occassionally events or situations occur that make us feel 'out of control'. This can leave us feeling anxious, angry, panicky or depressed and can effect us physically; through headaches, migraines, achy joints and even through sudden physical debilitating conditions.
First of all, you're not on your own. In the fast paced world of the 21st century, responsibilities and demands are a common cause of physical and mental (even spiritual) 'dis-ease'. We can feel out of balance and alone, believing no one will really understand or will be told to 'pull yourself together'.
I offer time and space to assess what is really going on around you and to provide the tools to move forward with a more positive attitude. This may be a one to one session of talking things through or could involve holistic healing, visualisation techniques, recommended reading, relaxation techniques - the potential list is endless. The main thing is that we will work in collaboration.
Please note this is not 'counselling' or any prescribed therapy but I have found it helps people put experiences into perspective and move forward.
