**DATE FOR THE DIARY! TASTER THERAPIES - Saturday 24th October 2009 12 to 4pm Hope Holistics will be offering 15 minute taster sessions of Reiki & Reflexology in aid of raising funds for Willow Wood Hospice. There will also be short tasters of Ayurvedic massage, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and seated massage. Each session costs £5 which will be donated to Willow Wood. This is a great opportunity to try out new therapies and ask any questions you may have about your health and well-being. Gift vouchers will also be on sale - a great idea for Xmas presents. Any therapies booked on the day with Hope Holistics will be eligible for a 20% discount. The event will be held within Reborn Ayurvedic Centre, 169 Old Street.
